Shipping
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 6 business days after billing information has been verified.
Free Shipping: This option applies only if the total order exceeds $9.99 and if items are in stock. Free shipping only within the 48 continental U.S.
Signature is required for some deliveries: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package, or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Valor Auto as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Valor Auto, please contact Valor Auto to make arrangements for reshipment.
Customer is responsible for shipping.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Valor Auto. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Shortage: Claims must be made within 5 work days or Any discrepancies must be reported to Valor within 5 work days of receipt of goods
Refused Shipment - A shipment that has been refused by the customer for any reason is subject to a 15% or minimum $5.00 restocking fee.
Returns
Returns: If you wish to return any of the products you have ordered, you must contact Valor Auto within 15 days after receipt of goods. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Defective Products: If our product is defective on arrival, you must contact us and request for a RMA number within 7 calendar days from the day received. When the RMA number is issued, you must return the product to the Valor warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. (to get a full refund for the merchandise or replacement, not including shipping.) Make sure the RMA Number is clearly show on the outside of the return package. Your Return will be refused by Valor Auto without a RMA Number shown. Customer is fully respond for the shipping fee to be shipped back to our warehouse. Valor Auto QA Department checks every order thoroughly before a shipment. Valor Auto are warranted to be free of obvious manufacturing defects. Any damages caused in installation or uninstallation is not covered by warranty.
LED Lights
Led lights are covered under 90 days limited warranty. The warranty is voided if overpowered/wrongfully powered, user abuse, modifying LED light/strip, and "water resistant" lights being damaged by prolonged exposure to moisture.
